OUTstanding Youth Work is a 2 day training programme designed to help youth workers explore lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) issues.
A comprehensive resource pack has been developed for participants who complete the training, which can be used to further explore LGBT issues with a range of audiences.
The aim of this training is:
To increase the awareness of participants and equip them with skills to tackle issues affecting LGBT young people.
